Writing for Wellbeing can help with the challenges, stresses and strains of modern life. In this workshop, we will also explore through our writing together a theme of caring for our beautiful planet. You will also take away a variety of practical tools and tips for writing in your own time. No previous experience of writing for wellbeing is needed – just a desire to express yourself in writing.

Lisa Rossetti is an experienced writing for wellbeing practitioner, local community writer and published author. She is a former Board Director with Lapidus International, the words for wellbeing organisation, and credentialed by the International Federation of Biblio-Poetry Therapy. Currently writing a debut poetry collection based on encounters and conversations with homeless and vulnerable people, Lisa is also a keen supporter of environmental campaigning and a founding member of a community eco-project Incredible Edible Handbridge.
