Part of: Summer activities at Storyhouse

Spend the day at Storyhouse designing and making a zine or DIY magazine, researching artists, go on a tour of Storyhouse and complete a journal of all that you have learnt to achieve the Discover Arts Award and get a certificate too!

Things to know:

• Children should bring lunch and a drink with them
• Children should wear comfortable clothing
•  You can leave your child, or are welcome to stay with your child for the duration too!
• You will need to complete a registration form before you leave the child at Storyhouse

Arts Award is range of unique qualifications that supports anyone aged up to 25 to grow as artists and arts leaders, inspiring them to connect with and take part in the wider arts world through taking challenges in an art form – from fashion to digital art, pottery to poetry.
