Reservations

If you are looking to make a booking but don’t have exact numbers yet and need extra time to organise, that’s no problem!

Contact us either via the form below or on groups@storyhouse.com and we can reserve seats for up to 4 weeks, at which point tickets must be confirmed or they may be released.

There are no admin fees for schools bookings, although some events are subject to a per ticket booking fee as shown on event pages.

Schools Discounts

For Storyhouse Original productions, Grosvenor Park Open Air Theatre shows and Moonlight Flicks screenings groups of 10+ can save 10% per ticket or even better if you have a group of 25+ you can save 15% per ticket.

If you’re a primary school organiser, you’ll receive one free teacher ticket for every six pupils; for secondary schools and colleges one free teacher place for every ten students. (Please note this only applies to Storyhouse produced shows. Education discounts vary for visiting shows).

If you already have your final numbers and are ready to book, there are two different ways you can choose to do so;

Online:  Enter the number of tickets required next to the Group 10+ when prompted, discounts are automatically applied.

Phone: Your discount will be automatically applied when you book over the phone 01244 409 113 (option #1, £2.50 phone booking fee applies)

Schools Visits

As well as offering discounts we are sometimes able to provide workshops, talks and pre- and post-show activities to make your visit even more memorable and relevant.
