On Friday 17 May, a brand new piece of art commissioned by Storyhouse (and funded by Chester West and Chester Council) by artist Sven Werner will be installed at Storyhouse for a year. The piece – Poulsen Arc Dream Radio – will be a radio booth where a person can step inside and experience the memory of a person who has made Chester their home but is not originally from the city.
