NHS Covid Pass

NHS Covid Pass

The comfort and reassurance of our audience members is our priority. If you are visiting Storyhouse’s main theatre or Garret Theatre, although there is no formal Covid certification system in place, we kindly ask that all guests over the age of 18 now use the NHS Covid Pass. This means providing proof of a double vaccination, negative lateral flow test in last 48 hours or of recent recovery from Covid.

The NHS Covid Pass need only be used for seated, ticketed events in the theatre spaces, not in the cinema.

The easiest way to display this Pass is via the NHS App (this is not the NHS Covid-19 App). You will find everything you need to know hereThis also includes information for visitors coming to us from Wales or Scotland.  Please bring your NHS Covid Pass with you to the theatre as we may ask to see it on arrival.

Don’t worry if you can’t use the NHS App to get your NHS Covid Pass – you can also easily print it off here as a pdf.   If you turn up without anything, we can help you on the night but you should arrive at least 40 minutes early if this is the case.

If you’re unable to be tested or to receive a vaccine, due to being clinically exempt, you can join our Access Register by contacting our team at ticketing@storyhouse.com

General information about safety can be found on the Keeping You Safe page, and you can find information on our flexible Covid booking policy on our Tickets & Booking page.
