We’ve recently made some changes to our Box Office system to make your booking experience easier, better and more intuitive.

Our touchscreen kiosks have been completely revamped so you can now browse more easily, view auditorium plans, choose your own seat and apply group discounts.

In the building, you’ll also be able to buy your tickets at the bar and from Cinema stewards.

You’ll notice that the online checkout on storyhouse.com has also had a makeover, and it will be even easier to view seat availability and prices

Just a few things to be aware of 

Some users may need to update their password when they next login.

All gift voucher codes purchased before 8 January 2018 will be replaced with a new code (the voucher value stays exactly the same) – but don’t worry, when you pop the old code in, you’ll be redirected to a quick way to get your new code!

All tickets booked before 8 January 2018 will have a Sale ID that will now be replaced with a new Booking Reference number. You will only need this if you are collecting tickets at a kiosk inside Storyhouse , and there will be staff on hand to help you get your new code. You still can print your email ticket or show it on your phone without doing anything.
