Which shows have membership discounts?

Most tickets for public events, shows or screenings at Storyhouse, Grosvenor Park Open Air Theatre or Moonlight Flicks will have a 10% discount applied. This is strictly limited to two discounted tickets per event, show or screening.

Is anything excluded?

Discounts do not apply to venue hire, merchandise, gift vouchers, food and drink items when not purchased from The Kitchen, and tickets for private events.

How does Priority Booking work?

For selected shows, members will be given early access to buy tickets before they go on general sale. The Priority Booking period may vary.

When will my Storyhouse Card be activated?

Once you have completed your purchase, make sure you login again to your storyhouse account. You should now be able to see your discounts.

How do I see my discounts?

You must be logged into your account to see your discounts. Once logged in, choose your event, select your seats and Add To Basket. At the Basket stage, you will see your 10% discount, and can checkout as normal.
To login on storyhouse.com – Click the Your Account login on the red menu on all pages.
On the booking line – You can also claim your discounts on our booking line.

I get an error message when I try to book?

All Members can book up to two discounted tickets per event, screening or show. Please ensure you are adding no more than two to the 10% off ticket option.

How do I change or cancel my Membership?

You can make changes at anytime by clicking Manage my Membership. Here you can update your contact or billing information, change your card details or cancel your Membership.
