If your event has been rescheduled
Your tickets have automatically been transferred to the new date, but please do fill in the form below to confirm you can attend. Once you do, we will send you your new tickets.
If you can’t attend the rescheduled event, please fill in the form below to let us know. If we don’t hear from you, we will eventually cancel your tickets and process a refund.

If your event has been cancelled
Please fill in the form below and we will process your request as soon as possible and will confirm by email as soon as it is complete. If we don’t hear from you, we will eventually cancel your tickets and process a refund.

If you are unsure whether your event is going ahead
Unfortunately, we don’t know yet exactly how long we will need to be closed, and how many events this will affect. If you are unsure, please check the event page on Storyhouse.com – we are updating each event with the latest information as soon as we have it. You can choose to request a refund, donate or request a gift voucher any time, or you can wait until we can confirm a rescheduled date. We will also be in touch with you as soon as we have confirmation of the next steps.

The income we generate from tickets enables us to reach the most disadvantaged young people, work with hard to reach communities and bring our creative work to life. It allows us to provide a welcoming communal place for people of all ages and backgrounds 364 days a year.

We are not unique in this. This is being felt by theatres, cinema, pubs, clubs, bars and restaurants right across the UK – places that are special to us all. We are deeply touched by all of our customers who have asked how they can support us in this uncertain time, and so we are offering a range of options for your booking.
