Face Coverings

Face coverings are not mandatory in Storyhouse or at an event, or in any of our performance spaces.  We however do encourage them especially where you feel more comfortable.  Our staff wear face coverings in most close contact situations.

NHS Covid Pass

If you are visiting Storyhouse’s main theatre or Garret Theatre, although there is no formal Covid certification system in place, we kindly ask that all guests over the age of 18 now use the NHS Covid PassFind out more here.

On the door

We do a quick bag check as you come in, to seek out undesirable materials and keep you safe, it really helps so thank for you being understanding.  One small to medium bag is our normal limit

The theatre

100% of the air in the theatre is fresh and not recirculated

Socially distanced shows and screenings

Most of our shows and screenings are now at full capacity however we do programme socially distant screenings and shows.  You can find full details of all current socially distanced events here

The building

Storyhouse is an airy and spacious environment. There are hand sanitisers throughout the building, and compulsory cleaning at certain points.
