You can also book in person in Storyhouse by using a kiosk (situated in The Kitchen), assisted where you need more help. Refunds and exchanges are not possible in person.
Exchanges and refunds
We do not offer a refund on any tickets. You can exchange your tickets to a different performance of the same show (where possible) if you make an exchange request more than 48 hours before your originally booked show. Exchanges can only be processed over the phone (01244409113 and then option 1) or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and cannot be processed in person at Storyhouse. If there is a price difference you will need to pay the difference, and we do not refund lower prices.
