Phoneline opening hours:
Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm
Sat – Sun: 10am – 6pm
There is a £2.50 charge per transaction for phone bookings and exchanges.
You can also book in person in Storyhouse by using a kiosk (situated in The Kitchen), assisted where you need more help. Refunds and exchanges are not possible in person.
Covid booking policy
We’re here for you in these testing times. If you buy a ticket for a show and you can’t come because you or someone in your party has tested positive for Covid, we’ll refund your ticket and those of the rest of your party if you wish. To do this, you need to contact us at least 24 hours before the performance and provide us with NHS confirmation of a positive Lateral Flow test taken within the 7 days prior to the show. To get your refund, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, the date and time of your booked show and your positive test confirmation.
Exchanges and refunds
Except in the event of a positive Covid test result (as above), we do not refund any tickets. You can exchange your tickets to a different performance of the same show (where possible) if you make an exchange request more than 48 hours before your originally booked show. Exchanges can only be processed over the phone (01244409113 and then option 1) or by emailing email@example.com and cannot be processed in person at Storyhouse. If there is a price difference you will need to pay the difference, and we do not refund lower prices.

Passing on tickets
You’re welcome to give your booked tickets to someone else to use, unless otherwise stated. We don’t allow you to sell on your tickets at a profit and we will cancel the booking if you do!
Lost your ticket?
If you booked online, login to your account on storyhouse.com and you can resend yourself your tickets, or download them. You can also reprint them at the kiosks if you do not have access to your eticket email.
