From periods to pelvic floors, body image to male allyship. This is about naming what’s real and reclaiming our power in sport, fitness, and life.

When one woman shares her story, she gives another permission to own hers — and when male allies listen, believe, and stand alongside, real change starts to happen.

Whether you’re an athlete, a parent, a coach or just someone navigating life in your body, this is for you. We want you to leaving inspired and empowered.

Kelly Gordon is a highly experienced sports leader and consultant, specialising in women’s sport, health, and empowerment. Through KGSport, Kelly collaborates with organisations such as Active Cheshire, to create impactful strategies that champion participation, inclusion, and health-focused initiatives. With a passion for driving cultural change, she works at the intersection of sport, education, and wellbeing, ensuring women and girls have the knowledge, confidence, and support to take charge of their health and futures. 

Kelly will be joined by Steph Hanson (personal trainer), Ina Morris (Triathlon Coach), and Mike Watson (CEO for Active Cheshire)

Ina Morris is originally from Germany but has loved the UK ever since being a little girl. She is a swim teacher, professional triathlon coach and runs her own small coaching business. The Mum of one is very passionate about empowering women to feel more confident to participate in sports. She’s an advocate for sports being an integral part of mental health care.
