Play in a Week

Do you know a young person who loves putting on their own plays or wants to get involved in theatre? Play in a Week is a week long summer club for 5-13 year olds.

Work with Storyhouse’s Creative Learning Practitioners and Youth Theatre Leaders to develop a play fit for the Storyhouse stage! The process will consist of a fun-packed week where you’ll learn new skills, enhance existing ones, make new friends, play games, explore your creativity and perform your play at the end of the week. No previous experience necessary!

Participants will be split into age-dependant categories.

When is it?

Monday 7 – Friday 11 August
10am – 4pm each day
There will be a performance for family and friends on Friday 11 August (time TBC).

How much does it cost?

Total fee for 5 full days: £140 members / £150 non-members.
This includes 5 tickets for the performance on Friday 11 August.
Low Family Income Rate: £70 (if the family earn less than £15,000 per year)
