Our team of volunteers play a vital role in supporting our work and helping us to promote an excellent visitor experience, making a huge difference to the communities that call Storyhouse home.

Our volunteers tell us that volunteering at Storyhouse gives them a sense of personal achievement, helps to develop their skills, provides the opportunity to meet new people and improves their mental health and wellbeing.

Volunteers are primarily involved in customer service, community events and festivals, our programmes for young people, and library activities, and we are always looking at ways to expand our volunteer programme and create further opportunities across the organisation.
