Storyhouse is sorry to hear about the passing of Her Majesty the Queen, and offers condolences to the Royal Family at this sad time.

The official opening of Storyhouse in 2018 by Her Majesty the Queen is a day that we will always remember with great affection.

You were emailed on Friday to let you know that together with Chester Cathedral, we took the decision to cancel last weekend’s screenings at the Dean’s Field.

We apologise for any disappointment caused.

What do I need to do?

As the screenings will be going ahead this weekend, you can choose between new tickets for one of these , or a full refund.

You will need to fill out a form to let us know whether you would like an exchange or a refund, and we will process your refund or your new tickets in the next few days.
