Dying Matters Awareness Day

Death and dying is something that will affect us all, yet we often avoid talking about it. Join hospice team members, along with colleagues from CWP and the Countess of Chester Hospital on Wednesday 7th May 2025 as we break the taboo—through open conversations, engaging activities for children, and thought-provoking discussions.

As part of our Dying Matters awareness day at Storyhouse, our friendly and experienced team members will be helping to open up the conversation, and advising on how to speak to people in different life-stages about the topic of dying with sensitivity, openness and awareness.
