Storyhouse is pleased to announce the appointment of four new trustees: Jack Mitchell, Lauren Green, Paul Davies, and Mark Roughley.
The new board members bring a broad mix of experience across business leadership, cultural and heritage practice, workforce development, and community engagement, strengthening the organisation’s governance and long-term vision.
Jack Mitchell is the founder and Managing Director of Staff 86, a Cheshire-based staffing and recruitment company working across hospitality, events, sport, and culture. Named Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2025, Mitchell brings expertise in inclusive recruitment, people development, and organisational culture.
Lauren Green is a museums and heritage professional with experience spanning curatorial development, education, and public engagement. Currently working as a Project Assistant on a National Lottery Heritage Fund-supported project, Green’s work focuses on community-driven storytelling and inclusive cultural practice.
Paul Davies is Chief Operating Officer and Director at prominent Liverpool-based software development and creative agency Yozu. With more than 21 years’ experience, Davies is well connected within the North West business community and sits on the Liverpool City Region’s Creative Industries Board, alongside his work as a coach and mentor.
Mark Roughley is a senior marketing leader with over 30 years’ experience in global retail and consumer-facing businesses, including Tesco, Bain & Company and Amazon, where he is Head of Marketing for Amazon Fresh UK. He brings expertise in commercial strategy, customer insight, digital innovation and inclusive leadership, alongside a strong local connection to Chester.
