Whilst Storyhouse was temporarily closed during the pandemic, Young Storyhouse continued to provide young people with support, connection, and a space to be creative online. Alongside moving the regular Young Storyhouse programmes (find out more about those here) online, Young Storyhouse began some new creative projects in response to lockdown:

In On The Act is a brand new podcast created by the Young Programmers, part of Young Storyhouse.

Who are the Young Programmers?

We are a group of 14-25 year olds who (pre-Pandemic) meet at Storyhouse and learn from arts industry professionals how to organise and run events and festivals, culminating in us creating our very own event or festival.
