People Planet Pictures
A series of impactful films and urgent conversations, in collaboration with Storyhouse and UK for Good.
We have all the data we need to understand the societal and environmental challenges we face – but data alone will not drive the change we urgently need. To truly shift perspectives and inspire action, we must evoke emotion and connection.
That’s where People Planet Pictures comes in.
This impactful series of films, shown throughout 2025, explores the pressing issues affecting people and our planet. Each screening will be followed by a thought-provoking workshop or panel discussion, creating a space to reflect, connect, and explore practical steps towards a better future.
Together, let’s move from awareness to action.
What’s On?
Stories
Stories have long been the way we share the possibilities of a better world.
Yet it’s the data that continues to dominate our headlines and newsfeeds.
We’re drowning in data, yet emissions continue to rise and nature is suffering more than ever.
Inequality, poverty, and health crises continue to accelerate.
The evidence is there and the science is clear.
Yet meaningful change remains far too slow.
Why?
Because data alone doesn’t move us, but emotion does.
The challenge isn’t a lack of information.
It’s a lack of connection to future generations, to people and places already suffering, to our shared responsibility.
We need to help people feel the urgency.
To imagine a better future, and to believe they have a part in shaping it.
That’s why we created People Planet Pictures in partnership with our friends at Storyhouse.
We are using exceptional films to highlight and discuss some of the most important social and environmental issues of our time.
