Join us at Storyhouse and Cheshire West and Chester Libraries across the region for a festival for children this October half-term!
WayWord celebrates the power of words to ignite imaginations – go on an adventure and discover something new. There’ll be discos, drawing, fancy dress, workshops, storytelling, performances and loads more.
Lot of events are completely FREE – the rest are all under £11.50.
Featuring VERY special guests:
Benjamin Zephaniah
Jacqueline Wilson
Julian Clary
Nick Sharratt
It’s really important to us that WayWord is affordable for families. 200 tickets for each event on the main stage and 10 for each in the Garret Theatre have been held to be given free of charge or at a lower cost to low-income families and groups through Storyhouse’s Community Connectors Partnership.
