Ask for Angela

The Totally Visible Theatre Company offer extracts from their new play Ask for Angela which explores the urgent issue of violence against women and girls.

Rizla, Mel and Queen work in a bit of a dive bar and they’re not too happy about the way things are going. Kitty believes in the stars, but the planets aren’t aligned for her. Queen is trying to bring up her boys to love and respect but the world has other ideas. When violence shatters their world, they are forced to face up to the dangerous reality of the manosphere. With strong female characters, fast-paced dialogue peppered with warmth and humanity despite the difficulties of this topical issue, this really is a must-see.

This session will include a Q and A to further explore questions raised by the play.
