If you want the fun of reading with others without the pressure that comes with a typical book club, then this might just be for you. There is no commitment, no pressure, no expectation. It’s all about sitting and reading quietly together in a comfortable and cosy space.

Silent reading groups are a growing trend worldwide, so if you are intrigued by the idea, join us for this taster session, and if it proves successful we will continue the sessions monthly. The Kitchen will be open for drinks and snacks. Bring your own book, or borrow one on the night, and a blanket if you wish!

The event is free but please book a place and do let us know if you can’t make it so we can release the ticket to someone else.
