Slater Heelis Employment Law Breakfast Briefing
New sexual harassment and unfair dismissal rules: Is your business at risk?
Event details
Some employment law changes are already in effect and more are on the way. From 30 October 2026, employers will have a strengthened duty to take all reasonable steps to protect staff from sexual harassment, including new liability for harassment by third parties such as customers, clients and contractors. From January 2027, significant changes to unfair dismissal law will further reshape the risks employers face when managing their people.
