Start your weekend at Storyhouse Childless with an informal evening of live music and the opportunity to meet people attending the weekend. The event will take place in the beautiful Garret Bar and Theatre, with views of the city.
The festival team are looking forward to meeting you, whether this is your first time or whether you’ve been before. We’ll be a friendly face if you are feeling a little apprehensive or nervous – for whatever reason – and we’ll be on hand to give you a warm welcome.
Schedule for the evening will look a little like this:
7pm Welcome/Arrival / Hy Jove DJ Set
8pm Welcome from the Festival Team
8.15pm Speed Friending (optional and not too scary – but lots of fun!)
8.30pm Live Music / time to continue chatting or networking
This event is for people who are Childless and Childfree and their supporters.
Events may feature strong language, mention of abortion, trauma, pregnancy, miscarriage, and suicidal ideation. Please look out for yourself and others and please remember you can come and go from any event.
