In late 1970s London, youth culture collides with identity politics in this part-thriller, part-love story set in the days leading up to the Queen’s Silver Jubilee celebrations. The hedonistic world of pirate radio DJs Chris and Caz is shattered when a close friend is murdered while cruising in a local park. While the community has its own suspicions, the police are convinced the killer lies elsewhere, drawing Chris and Caz into a mystery that exposes tensions surrounding race, sexuality and belonging in contemporary Britain.
