Storyhouse Elders: Monthly Event

A series of monthly events taking place on the first Monday of every month 10.30am – 12pm in the Garret Bar.

2 February 2026

Local artist Fi Burke will be sharing her drawing techniques. Please come along to learn and play. No experience required and all materials are provided.

2 March 2026

Zentangle Workshop with Annie Taylor. Zentangle is a method of drawing abstract images using structured patterns to create a relaxing and meditative experience. It’s a way to focus on the creative process, with no artistic skill required, and is often done on small, square tiles using black ink and graphite pencil shading-  No experience needed, materials provided.

This month meet Peter Fox from the Hoole Walking Group. Peter’s specialist subject is Music from 1955 to 1969. Join us this morning for some fun quiz questions and trivia.
You can join the walking group for free every week. Meet at the Bawn Lodge at 10.30am.
