I’m Kate, I am pleased to introduce myself as Storyhouse’s Membership Administrator. This brand new role has been created to further develop our membership scheme and enhance the experience of our existing members.

I am here to answer any queries that you have and to be the first point of call for any issues that you may encounter. So, if you’d like to get in touch with me, you can do so via the contact form on our website and selecting ‘membership’ or sending an email directly to me at members@storyhouse.com.

As part of my role, I am particularly looking forward to establishing more regular communication with you so that you can feel even more connected to us here at Storyhouse. This will include launching a new member’s area on our website, as well as a regular members e-newsletter, where I’ll frequently share special offers, priority booking information and Storyhouse news.

We want to start sharing the impact that your support has. Exclusive articles and features will enable you to step behind the scenes of our shows, meet members of the Storyhouse team and discover more about our incredible projects with local communities and young people. In short, all of the projects that your membership plays such a crucial role in supporting.

I also plan to start organising some members-only events, so keep an eye out for them in the future too!

Finally, I’d like to thank you for being one of our valued members. Your support has been critical to our survival over the last couple of extremely challenging years, and enables us to continue producing entertaining shows and engaging with our local communities via hundreds of activities, clubs and events.

I am always eager to hear your feedback, so if you have any suggestions of what Storyhouse could be doing differently, please do get in touch with me. I look forward to chatting with many of you over the coming months.
