As World War One gets underway a Yorkshire Village finds it’s choral society depleted as the young men join the army. With the annual performance looming, the society is forced to change its entry rules to enlist some unlikely teens and the musically gifted but socially scandalous Dr. Guthrie.

Written by Alan Bennett and starring Ralph Fiennes, The Choral is a gentle comedy drama that celebrates community and the power of song.

Access Information: The lift to the cinema from Storyhouse’s entrance lobby is currently out of order. We’re working to get this fixed as soon as possible.
